Recipe: Cheesy Chicken Pockets

These are super yummy! I love almost anything that involves crescent rolls, chicken, and cream cheese. It's always a winning combo, which is why I buy the canned chicken at Costco and stay stocked up on it. This was no exception. :)

Ingredients:
1 roll reduced fat crescent roll dough
1 (8 oz) container low-fat chive & onion cream cheese
3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, chopped
1 can chicken (large)

Directions:
(1) Mix cream cheese (make sure it is softened), tomatoes, and chicken.
(2) Seperate crescent rolls into triangles.
(3) Plop a spoonful of mixture onto each triangle and pinch all sides together to form a little pocket.

(4) Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy the creamy goodness. :)
